Four USACE Projects Selected for Leave No Trace 2025 Spotlight Program
These include:

• April 10-12: Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary, MO
• May 15-17: John H Kerr Reservoir, VA
• June 5-7: Jennings Randolph Lake, WV
• June 13-15: Bonneville Lock and Dam, OR/WA

Sites that are selected will receive 3 days of activation put on by the Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Teams that can include service projects, staff and community training, community outreach, and youth programs. There is no cost for USACE to participate (other than the time required for preparation and hosting the event). Leave No Trace has partnered with Subaru, Keen Footwear, L.L. Bean, and Winnebago Industries to help host these events around the country.

Last year, we held similar events at Beaver Lake, Rend Lake, Hodges Village Dam, and Skiatook/Keystone Lakes. You can read more about these events on the NRM Gateway Leave No Trace Success Stories page

Request for nominations for the 2026 programs will be announced in late July/early August.
