2023 USACE National Water Safety Award Winners

MVD Water Safety Team of the Year – St. Paul District Motorboat Operators License Examiner Team
SAD Water Safety Team of the Year – Hartwell Lake Water Safety Team, Savannah District
SWD Water Safety Team of the Year – Piney Woods Region Water Safety Campaign PDT, Fort Worth District

These awards recognize a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers employee and team that have contributed to boating and water safety in an effective manner that has made a difference in saving lives on our nation’s waterways. Exceptional nominations for these awards were received and all are worthy of recognition. I appreciate everyone that took the time to submit nominations for these awards. These are annual awards and the request for nominations will be distributed later this year.
