2018 Handshake Partnership Funding Awards
Attached is the announcement of the recipients of the 2018 Handshake Partnership Program funding for 2018. These are outstanding partnerships and demonstrate the efforts and successes of our field projects in working with stakeholders to foster their involvement in improving and protecting our parks and natural resources. This initiative supports the Corps efforts in being a community partner and working on grassroots partnering projects. Seven projects are funded in 6 Corps districts and 4 divisions, involving 24 partners. Please see the attached list of projects and funding.

I would like to congratulate those projects who have worked hard to foster and support these efforts. I'd also like to thank the Partnership Advisory Committee for their hard work in promoting and evaluating the Handshake proposals. Mary
