FY 2015 Commitment to Water Safety
Attached is the DCG-CEO FY 15 Water Safety Message from MG Peabody to all MSC and District Commanders. Please assure appropriate distribution of this memorandum throughout your command. As always, the Corps is fully committed to ensuring that visitors to our lake and river projects have a safe and enjoyable experience. The actions, commitment and professionalism of our park rangers, managers and others working at field level have been instrumental in helping to further reduce the number of public fatalities during the past three years. All Chiefs of Operations will be addressing the specific actions as identified in the memorandum. Your personal commitment to doing everything you can to ensure a safe visit is very much appreciated.
