2014 National Water Safety Photo Contest Deadline 31 October 2014
ust a reminder that the 2014 USACE Water Safety Photo Contest deadline is 31 October 2014. The contest is open to all USACE employees and volunteers. It will be appreciated if you would distribute this information to all employees and volunteers.

This is an excellent opportunity to have your photographs recognized as national winners and they may be featured in Corps of Engineers publications and on other initiatives. The contest categories are USACE Employees in Action (includes water safety mascots), USACE Partners in Action (includes partners, volunteers, conservation organization interns and work crews, etc), Commercial Boating, Boating Mishaps and Playing It Safe (includes water sports, recreational boating, hunters and anglers, etc).

Contest guidelines are attached and can also be found on the NRM Gateway water safety section at this link by clicking on "USACE Water Safety Photo Contest" https://corpslakes.erdc.dren.mil/employees/w atersafety/photos.cfm. Contest entries must be submitted through your National Water Safety Committee Division Representative. A list of division representatives is in the contest guidelines.
