Modified CEFMS Collection Policy for AtB Passes - Changes Effective in CEFMS on 31 March 2021
The "Collection Types' used in CEFMS when logging receipts for the sale of America the Beautiful (AtB) passes has been modified. Up until this change there has been only one Collection Type for all AtB pass types – ATBP. With this change ATBP has been deactivated and so is no longer available for use.

With this change we have created three new Collection Types for AtB Passes:
ABAP – AtB Annual Passes
ABSA – AtB Senior Annual Passes
ABSL – AtB Senior Lifetime Passes

We also deactivated a couple of Collection Types that no one should have been using, yet they were continuing to be used by some of you. These should no longer be available for use.
UFGA – User Fee Golden Age Passport
UFRE – User Fees Reservations

The other Collection Types for things like SRUF, Camping, Day Use, Special Activity/Events/Facility, Corps Annual Pass, etc., remain unchanged.
